12:00 pm – Private Hotel Pick-up in Paracas

Your experience begins with private collection from your hotel or agreed meeting point in Paracas at 12:00 pm. From here, travel towards Ica in a private vehicle. This first transfer is provided with a professional driver only, allowing you to travel comfortably and at your own pace before arriving at the winery.

Ica – Traditional Winery Visit, Tasting & Lunch

On arrival at a traditional Ica wine and pisco winery, you will join the guided visit organised directly by the winery. Please note that the winery tour itself is conducted on a shared group basis with the winery’s in-house guide, who will explain the production process, local traditions and the history of Peruvian wine and pisco.

After the visit, enjoy time to sample a selection of local wines and pisco, followed by free time for lunch at the winery. Lunch may be purchased directly on site, allowing you to choose according to your preferences before continuing towards Huacachina.

Approximately 3:30 pm – Arrival in Huacachina

Arrive at the Huacachina Oasis at approximately 3:30 pm, where you will have time to prepare for the desert experience. From the oasis, walk for around 10 minutes across the sand to reach the designated boarding area for your private dune buggy.

Private Dune Buggy & Sandboarding Experience

Board your private dune buggy and begin an approximately 2-hour adventure through the spectacular Huacachina desert. Travel across towering dunes, enjoy thrilling sections of the route and stop at selected locations to try sandboarding surrounded by vast desert scenery.

Standard beginner sandboards are included and are suitable for guests trying the activity recreationally. For experienced riders who prefer professional sandboarding equipment, upgraded boards can be arranged in advance at an additional cost.

Sunset Picnic Among the Dunes

After the adventure, continue to a carefully selected private spot in the desert, where your sunset picnic will be waiting. Relax amongst the dunes with a beautifully arranged selection of light snacks and refreshments whilst watching the changing colours of the desert as the sun sets over Huacachina.

This peaceful conclusion provides a wonderful contrast to the excitement of the buggy and sandboarding experience, with time to enjoy the scenery and take photographs before beginning the journey back.

Approximately 7:00 pm – Return to Huacachina

Return to the Huacachina Oasis at approximately 7:00 pm, where your private vehicle will be ready for the journey back to Paracas.

Approximately 8:00 pm – Return to Paracas

Travel comfortably back to Paracas, arriving at approximately 8:00 pm. The experience concludes with drop-off at your hotel or agreed location.
