7:30 am – Hotel Pick-up

Your experience begins with hotel pick-up in Paracas approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled Ballestas Islands departure. From there, you will be transferred to the departure point and assisted with check-in before boarding the boat.

8:00 am – Ballestas Islands Boat Tour (Group Tour)

Begin with a shared Ballestas Islands boat tour across Paracas Bay. Along the way, admire the impressive Candelabra geoglyph before reaching the islands, where you may observe sea lions, Humboldt penguins and a wide variety of seabirds in their natural environment.

The boat excursion lasts approximately two hours, returning to Paracas at around 10:00 am.

10:00 am – Free Time in Paracas

Enjoy approximately 30 minutes of free time along the Paracas waterfront, ideal for having a coffee, using the facilities or simply relaxing before continuing with the private part of the day.

11:00 am – Paracas National Reserve (private tour)

Continue by private vehicle into the Paracas National Reserve for an approximately two-hour guided exploration.

Visit four of the reserve’s most representative locations, including Supay, La Catedral, Playa Roja and Lagunillas, whilst enjoying the dramatic contrast between the coastal desert and the Pacific Ocean.

As this part of the tour is operated privately, the pace and order of the visits can be adjusted according to your preferences and local conditions.

1:00 pm – Lunch in Paracas

Return to Paracas for approximately one hour of free time for lunch at a local restaurant.

As the land portion of the tour is private, there is flexibility with the schedule. If preferred, lunch can be enjoyed before or after the Paracas National Reserve visit, depending on your interests and the pace of the day.

2:00 pm – Journey to Tambo Colorado (private tour)

After lunch, travel inland through the Pisco Valley towards Tambo Colorado, approximately one hour from Paracas.

On arrival, explore one of the best-preserved Inca archaeological complexes on the Peruvian coast, known for its adobe architecture, ceremonial spaces and traces of original painted decoration.

Your guide will explain the historical importance of Tambo Colorado and its role within the Inca presence on Peru’s southern coast.

Approximately 5:00 pm – Return to Paracas

Following your visit to Tambo Colorado, travel comfortably back to Paracas, where the tour concludes with return to your hotel.

Please note that all timings are approximate. The private land portion of the tour allows greater flexibility, so the order of the Paracas National Reserve, lunch and Tambo Colorado visits may be adjusted to provide the most comfortable experience.
