If you are planning to do Ballestas including this tour, You should book the 8:00am tour to Ballestas so you can do this tour. 

The tour finish at 2:50 pm in our office. If you have a bus t Lima or Ica make sure you book the 4 pm tour bus or later.

Lunch in not include but you will have time to have lunch in Paracas.
