Pick up from San Martin Port, then we will drive towards Pisco Airport 35 minutes away. At the airport, you will be met by our representative and go to the check-in desk, at this point you will wait for your flight. Get briefed on the nature of your tour and safety instructions. The flight lasts exactly 1 hour and 45 minutes including the travel time to the Nazca Desert. You will see 12 of the most representative figures drawn on the stony surface of the Nazca desert. Look out for representations of animals and plants, distributed in a labyrinth of lines, trapezes, and triangles which have been preserved for almost 2,000 years. The Nazca Lines are some of the most incredible remains from an ancient culture. These designs, some as long as 500 meters, can be truly appreciated from the sky at an altitude of 1,500 feet. After your experience, fly back to the airport and drive back to the port to re-join your ship.

What to bring

This flight is subject to weather conditions, Departing time can be changed without prior notice.

Travel Documents.

You must bring your original passports; otherwise, you won’t be allowed to board the plane.

If your cruise holds your passport, I strongly suggest requesting your passport back the night before to avoid long queues and delays getting off the ship.

Pick up and drop off.

Pick-up will be inside the port a few meters from your ship gangway; You don’t need to take any shuttle bus services.

Drop off will be at the shuttle bus station that will take you back to your ship.

The pick up time will be confirmed 2 days before your of your flight.

Flight Departure.

Flight departure will be confirmed the night before, so please check your emails—and text messages. We know that the internet can be a problem, but if you are using data, please keep your mobile on so we can call you. Waiting Time at the airport

The waiting time after check-in usually is over 30 minutes, but it may vary and is subject to the airline’s policies and airport conditions.

Weight Restriction

The airlines have a weight limit of 198 pounds (90 kilograms) per passenger for safety reasons. If your weight exceeds these limits, please let us know by email before you reserve the tour on our website. You may be required to pay an extra fee if the airline needs to fly with one empty seat.

Commnunication.

This is very important; you must give us a valid mobile number so we can call you for any updates. We all know it’s hard to get a signal while you are travelling. Please keep your mobile phone on, as we will contact you before your arrival to make the last arrangement via SMS or WhatsApp. Otherwise, it will be challenging to communicate with you.

Disability and restriction.

If you have any disability that requires extra care, please let us know so we can arrange personal care for you at an additional cost; note that this tour is moving fast and if you feel that you may delay others, please get in touch.

PAYMENTS

A full payment is required at the time of booking. Once your booking has been processed, you will receive a confirmation payment and a travel ticket.

CANCELLATIONS:

You will get a full refund if you cancel your tour 20 days before departure.

If your tour gets cancelled by us due to operational reasons, bad weather or a political event that makes your ship impossible to dock, we will offer you the following options.

• Postpone your date trip for the next morning.
• Do an alternative tour.
• Get a full refund.
